This time Barbara and the Battle of Waterloo gives simply no hint on the cover that there is a single soldier to be had throughout its pages. Sure, one might suggest that the title rather gives it away, but for all the casual reader knows, this book is all about a young (blonde) woman studying the famous battle in full cosplay. I can think of dozens of Heyer titles to which this cover would be far better suited. Dozens. C.
