Babs is very beautiful here, and even Charles has his charms, despite whatever is going on with his hair. It doesn’t tell half of the story, since it is again set in a ballroom and doesn’t exactly convey the fact that half the book is spent accurately recounting the specifics of the Battle of Waterloo… but that dress is stunning, so this one gets a pass, and well above a passing grade. A-.
