After what has been, to put it mildly, a rather difficult year, it is quite invigorating to enter into 2021, which seems (comparatively, at least) full of hope and promise of better days to come.
We at the International Heyer Society wish you all the very best!
Of special note to remember this year is that September brings us the centenary of the publication of The Black Moth, Georgette Heyer’s first novel. 100 years and still in print! Quite a feat for a debut novel.
We look forward to celebrating it, as well as much else Heyer-esque, throughout the coming months.
Our fondest regards,
The Patronesses
